1. Install the official Lotte World Adventure app
Start from the Lotte World Adventure website, the Hotel Lotte listing in Apple’s App Store, or the official Google Play listing. The iPhone listing identifies Hotel Lotte as the seller and currently lists English, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.
Open the app before the sale time. Select your language, complete only the sign-in steps that accept your real information, and confirm that the ticket and Magic Pass sections load. App availability in your country, translation coverage and checkout fields can change by version.
2. Keep admission and Magic Pass separate

Take a private screenshot of the confirmation details for reference, but keep the app working. The official rules say the product requires a smartphone with a functioning camera for QR scanning, and an app-issued Magic Pass cannot be reissued as a paper ticket.
How Magic Pass works inside the park
- Enter Lotte World Adventure with the separate valid admission ticket.
- Open the Magic Pass in the official app before reaching the attraction entrance.
- Confirm that the attraction is operating and accepts your ticket type.
- Follow the marked Magic Pass line and staff instructions.
- Scan the required QR code with a functioning phone camera.
- Check the remaining uses in the app after boarding.
Magic Pass gives access to a dedicated waiting line; it does not promise immediate boarding. The official page warns that some waiting can remain depending on congestion.
Current restrictions worth checking
- The official product page currently limits repeat use on Atlantis, Comet Express, French Revolution, Flume Ride and The Fury of the Pharaoh to one Magic Pass use each.
- It currently excludes Kong X Godzilla the Ride, Lotty Train and paid experience facilities such as arcades, Tomb of Horror and Moon Boat.
- Ride inspections, queue closures, weather and operational suspension can restrict use.
