Lotte World App: Tickets, Login & Payment Fixes

Install the official Lotte World Adventure app before your sale day, not at 8:30 a.m. in the park. Use your real contact details, confirm that My Tickets and the Magic Pass page load, allow the camera for QR scanning and prepare one legitimate backup card. If a foreign number, ticket or payment fails, fix one layer at a time—never invent a Korean identity or buy from a reseller.

The official Apple and Google listings identify Hotel Lotte as the provider. They list ticket booking, My Tickets, live attraction information, wait times, QR scanning and AR directions. The iPhone listing currently offers English, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. Screens and requirements can change by version and store region.

This is not a promise that every overseas account or card will work. Lotte World’s public Magic Pass page gives one official app-only sales route but does not guarantee every foreign phone number, app-store region, device or foreign-issued card.

Use the correct official app

Start from the Lotte World Adventure website, the Hotel Lotte App Store listing or the Lotte World Adventure Google Play listing. Do not confuse it with the separate Lotte World Adventure Busan or Lotte Hotels app.

Check the developer name, supported device and latest version in your own store. If the app is unavailable in your region, do not download an unknown APK or change account information blindly. Use the official support contact shown in the store listing and keep an ordinary-queue plan.

Prepare the app before the sale window

Install or update the official app. Restart it after a large update.
Select a supported language. Avoid screen translators during payment when they cover buttons or alter formatting.
Use real account details. Keep access to the email or number used for verification.
Open My Tickets. Confirm that the admission purchase appears, or keep the authorized seller’s original QR and order confirmation if it does not.
Open the Magic Pass section. Make sure the product page loads before the relevant sale time.
Allow camera access. The official listings say the camera is used for QR scanning, and the Magic Pass rules require a working smartphone camera.
Prepare payment. Enable overseas online transactions and 3-D Secure with your issuer; keep one legitimate backup card.
Charge the phone and arrange data. A saved screenshot is not a safe substitute for every live app or QR function.

If your admission ticket is missing

The official app lists My Tickets as the place to view admission tickets and annual passes, but not every third-party voucher is guaranteed to import in the same way. Use this order:

Confirm you are signed into the same account used for the official purchase.
Check the visit date, branch and order status in the confirmation email.
Refresh My Tickets once, then fully close and reopen the app.
If the screen offers a ticket registration or QR scan, use the original authorized ticket—not a cropped social-media image.
If a third-party ticket remains outside the app, ask that seller whether its original QR is the admission credential and whether app linking is supported.
Do not repurchase until the first order’s payment status is clear.

A missing admission ticket and a missing Magic Pass are different problems. Check the product name, visit date and receipt before troubleshooting. Magic Pass does not become park admission merely because both products appear in the same app.

If a foreign phone number fails

Select the correct country code.
Remove spaces, dashes or a leading domestic zero only when the field format requires it.
Confirm that the number can receive the verification message while roaming or on Wi-Fi.
Try the official English interface and one clean request.
If the field explicitly requires information you do not have, stop and contact Lotte World.

If a foreign card is declined

Check the exact amount, tier and visit date before retrying.
Look for an issuer fraud alert or 3-D Secure approval request.
Confirm that overseas e-commerce is enabled.
Try one legitimate backup card from another issuer or network.
Stop repeated rapid attempts that could trigger a bank block or duplicate authorization.

An app offered in English does not guarantee every foreign card. Follow the Korea foreign-card failure sequence and never send money to an unofficial seller because the official checkout failed.

If the QR or app fails inside the park

Turn up screen brightness and clean the camera lens.
Check that mobile data, date and time are correct.
Reopen the purchased product and confirm the remaining uses.
Allow camera permission in the phone’s settings.
Keep the phone charged; use a power bank without blocking the camera.
Show the official order and ask nearby staff rather than repeatedly scanning or sharing the pass.

Lotte World says one pass belongs to one person, gifting is unavailable and an app-issued Magic Pass cannot simply be replaced with a paper ticket. Follow staff instructions if the service itself is unavailable.

Know the two sale windows

As currently published, advance Premium sales open at midnight KST two days before the visit and close at 11:59 p.m. the day before. Same-day app sales begin at 8:30 a.m. and can include all four tiers. Quantities are limited. Frequently asked questions

Is the Lotte World app available in English?

The current iPhone listing names English, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. Language support and screen coverage can change by version and platform, so check your own official store listing.

Do I need a Korean phone number?

The public Magic Pass page does not publish a universal guarantee for every overseas number. Use real details in the official app; if a required field does not accept them, contact official support rather than inventing a Korean number.

Can I use a screenshot of the Magic Pass?

Do not rely on one. The official rules require a smartphone with a working camera for QR scanning, and live app state may be needed. Keep the original app and order available.
