The store was designed for comparison at scale: expanded beauty-device and dermocosmetic sections, 22 staffed checkout counters, and staff language badges for English, Chinese and Japanese. Those opening figures describe the store format; they do not guarantee that an exact SKU, language or checkout time will be available during your visit.

The official store page directs visitors to Seongsu Station Exit 4, about 100 meters away, and displayed 10:00–22:00 when checked. It lists pickup, smart return, tax refund, immediate tax refund and simple-payment services. The original announcement described a 45-minute trial, while the current Klook reservation page listed a one-hour official Olive Young service when checked. Duration, language, price, branch options and available dates can still change, so confirm a live slot before building a Gangnam day around it. Visitors who only need general shopping can use the separately listed Gangnam Town branch at 429 Gangnam-daero, whose current page lists immediate tax refund and detailed station exits.
4. Hongdae Playground: best for men’s beauty and K-pop

This two-floor branch remains a strong central choice even though it is no longer the newest or largest Myeongdong store. CJ Olive Young reported that it led chain-wide store sales in 2025 and that international shoppers accounted for about 95% of its sales.
