If an online reservation rejects your overseas number or the day’s slots are gone, buy what you already understand, ask about on-site availability and keep the rest of Seongsu moving.
The official English store page currently lists 13 Yeonmujang 7-gil in Factoryal Seongsu, about 100 metres from Seongsu Station Exit 4, open daily 10:00–22:00. Save the exact branch; a normal neighborhood Olive Young does not offer the same floor plan or services.

Before entering, write a three-item shopping target such as sunscreen, cleanser and one treatment. The store is designed for discovery, so a category limit protects both time and skin. Compare active ingredients across products; buying three popular serums can accidentally duplicate exfoliants, retinoids or brightening ingredients that you would not introduce together.

- Open the official English store page. Use the reservation tab linked from the same domain, not a reseller or an old social post.
- Select the exact service. Skin scan, scalp consultation and personal-color services can have different floors, duration and eligibility.
- Read the live reservation fields. Do not assume a foreign phone number, overseas account or English-language session will be accepted just because the information page is in English.
- Save evidence. Screenshot the service name, date, time, branch, reservation name and cancellation rule.
- Arrive early and ask on the correct floor. The official page also notes on-site reservations on the second and third floors, but that does not guarantee a same-day slot.
If Korean verification blocks you: do not borrow a stranger’s identity or buy a “slot” from an unofficial seller. Show staff the official service page, ask whether same-day on-site booking is available and treat regular shopping as the fallback.
A scan or consultation can help organize product categories, but it is not a medical diagnosis. Stop using a product if you develop a reaction, and seek qualified medical care for persistent skin problems. Tax refund and payment workflow
The official branch page lists tax refund and immediate tax refund services. Eligibility depends on the traveler, purchase, passport data and current Korean rules. Ask at the counter before payment whether your transaction can be processed immediately or requires an airport step.
- Bring your original passport if you want to request an immediate refund.
- Confirm the final price and refund method before tapping your card.
- Use a physical backup card; a participating store cannot force your overseas issuer to authorize.
- Check the receipt for name, passport or refund-document errors before leaving.
- Keep the goods, packaging and receipt together until departure in case customs inspection applies.
