Corrections Policy

Travel information changes quickly, and accuracy matters when a reader is making a booking or standing in a station. We welcome specific correction reports.

Report an issue

Email jaetique.contact@gmail.com with the page URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, the corrected information and—when available—a link or photo showing the source.

What happens next

We review the claim against an appropriate source. Material factual errors are corrected as soon as practical. When a correction changes the reader’s decision or understanding, the page will include a visible correction or update note. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice.

Updates are not corrections

A timetable, price, product formula or venue policy may change after an article was accurate. In that case we update the page and checked date rather than characterize the original information as an error.
